Volume Dialing Upgrade

The Volume Dialing add-on gives your team the ability to efficiently dial large lists of contacts, and easily register the results of each call so you can view useful reports on the effectiveness of your calling campaigns.  turboDial will manage a single List that is used by multiple calling Agents, with no risk of collision.

Who Needs the Volume Dialing Add-On?

If you answer ‘yes’ to any of these questions…

  • Do you need to connect to more humans and fewer voice mail systems?
  • Do you need multiple agents working the same list?
  • Do you sometimes have more leads than you can pursue?

If you answered ‘Yes’ to any of these questions, then the Volume Dialing add-on will make a huge impact to your calling campaigns!

The Volume Dialing add-on includes two separate dialing features: Power Dial and Dynamic Dial.

Dynamic Dial

Dynamic Dial is the fully autonomous dialer in turboDial that:

  • Greatly simplifies the dialing steps for your Calling Agents, and
  • Gives complete control of the dialing session to the manager
  • Allows a single Saved Search list to be simultaneously used by multiple calling Agents, with no risk of “colliding”

The result is your agents are more efficient and your prospects are treated more respectfully.

With Dynamic Dial there are three different roles in your team:

  • Session Owner – this person sets up and manages the Dialing Session. This user has full control to configure the Session to optimize Calling Agent productivity.
  • Calling Agent – one or more users may Join a Dynamic Dial Session to participate in Calls during the Session.
  • Supervisor – you can authorize specific users to have access to live monitor calls for the purpose of training and evaluation.

Separate training videos are available for each role, and your Calling Agents won’t need to understand the details associated with optimizing the dialing session.

Power Dial

If your business is like most then your calling agents reach answering systems on about 50% of calls. Power Dial will slice that rate and deliver a 100% increase in the number of live conversations your agents achieve!

The Power Dial feature helps you achieve significantly more conversations by dialing multiple contacts simultaneously and connecting only to the first to answer. And as in Dynamic Dial, Power Dial allows a single Saved Search list to be simultaneously used by multiple calling Agents, with no risk of “colliding” where a Contact is called by more than one Agent.

List Auto-Sync

When you have the Volume Dialing add-on you get this bonus feature:

  • List Auto-Sync: immediately update the turboDial copy of any Saved Search List whenever a Contact is added or removed from the Saved Search List in Infusionsoft. This ensures your calling agents are always working with the latest copy of the List, and avoids the possibility of calling a Contact with the wrong offer. Volume Dialing – Pricing

When you add Volume Dialing to turboDial, your base subscription fee will not be changed but the fee for each User authorized in your turboDial account will be increased – this includes the first User and all Additional Users authorized for turboDial on a PC/Mac.

The per-User fee for the Volume Dialing is $5/month. So, for example, if you have 3 total Users in turboDial (1 base and 2 additional) the Volume Dialing Add-on will increase your turboDial additional users subscription fee by $15.00 per month.
There is an additional $5/month for each User who is designated as a “Supervisor” for purposes of Call Monitoring.
