  • The Team Status Panel can now be filtered to show only users who are in the same department as the logged-in user.

  • turboDial users who use the Google Chrome browser can now manually select the microphone and speakers that will be used with turboDial. The support guide for this feature can be found here.

  • As part of the Hot Lead Alerts feature, now when an Alert is “claimed” an API Goal can be triggered and can be used to begin automation after the lead is claimed.

  • A feature block unwanted inbound phone calls from specific phone numbers is now available as part of the Enhanced Inbound or Hosted Voice add-ons. Instructions for blocking a number can be found  here.

  • A feature to Move Call Recordings from Twilio to the Infusionsoft Contact Record File Boxes is now available. Depending on the number of recorded calls you’ve made this feature could achieve a significant reduction in your Twilio charges. Access to the upgrade is available here.

  • Hot Lead Alerts that use the “Claim” option can now be configured to set the owner of the associated Contact Record to the User who claimed the Alert.
  • Hot Lead Alerts that use the “Claim” option will add a Note Record to the associated Contact Record documenting the Alert and indicating the User who claimed it.

  • Added an enhancement to allow users to limit the tags available in the “Apply Tag” selector in turboDial. If you find there are too many Tags to easily navigate in your Apply Tag selector, you can specify a list of Tag Categories and turboDial will only display tags from those categories.

  • Added an enhancement to retain some types of Alert Notifications and restore them when logging in to a new turboDial session. These Alert types are now retained across sessions: Incoming Call screen pop alerts, Incoming SMS alerts, Hot Lead alerts.

  • Added an API Goal trigger when you save a Callback Date for a contact. That trigger can be used for Campaign Automation that uses a field timer to send you a notification when it is time for the callback.

  • An Inbound SMS will now trigger an API Goal that corresponds to the email address that the SMS contents were forwarded to. That API Goal can be used to send an additional notification to your turboDial user when they have received an SMS via email.
  • Enhanced the information stored in the Note Record for an Inbound SMS to include the email address the SMS was forwarded to.

  • Enhanced the Campaign SMS add-on to allow link URLs to be included in the SMS. Those URLs will be automatically shortened to 22 characters if they are longer than 22.
    Also, an API Goal Call Name can be provided – that API Goal will be triggered by turboDial when the link URL is clicked by the contact who receives the SMS message. This provides a “tracking link” functionality for SMS messages.

  • Installed additional resource conservation for invocations of the Infusionsoft API. Infusionsoft API Goal triggers are now tracked by turboDial and when an API Goal trigger fails because the Goal does not exist in the Infusionsoft account that API Goal will be disabled in turboDial and further triggers will not be attempted. The User can reset turboDial’s list of disabled goals in their turboDial Management Account.

  • Released new versions of the turboDial Linker browser extension for Chrome and Firefox. Now for both browser types the turboDial window will always come forward when the turboDial button is clicked on a contact record.

  • turboDial can now scan all Inbound SMS messages for Keywords you enter in your turboDial Management Account, and when a match occurs turboDial will trigger an associated campaign goal in your Infusionsoft account.

  • A Global Option can be enabled that allows you to lookup details for any phone number. Those details are obtained from Twilio and are not always available. Each lookup is charged by Twilio at   6 cents.

  • An additional option for List Dialing with Tasks has been added – “Filter My Tasks”.  This option allows you to List Dial and Power Dial to a list of your Tasks with titles that match a search phrase you provide.

  • The Hot Lead Alerts add-on has been enhanced to allow Alerts to be “claimed”.  When a User sees a Hot Lead Alert in their turboDial panel they can click the up-arrow to claim the alert. The first User to claim the alert will succeed, and the alert will be immediately removed from the turboDial panels of other Users in your account.

  • New keyboard shortcut: The up-arrow key on your keyboard can be used to answer an incoming phone call in the turboDial softphone if you are using the Firefox browser.
  • The Caller ID selector has been enhanced to display the custom name you’ve set for inbound numbers you’ve acquired.
    Previously acquired inbound numbers were always displayed in the Caller ID selector as the phone number even though you provided a custom name.
    The custom name will continue to be used in the Inbound/SMS selector.
