This campaign can serve as a template for adding Call Outcome Automation when your sales team is calling new leads.
In this campaign Contacts are called up to 3 times to attempt to book an appointment, they move from Call List 1 to Call List 2 and finally to Call List 3 and different automated actions can be executed for Contacts in each list. If no final disposition is reached they are removed from the list.
The campaign can be extended to address more than 3 call attempts.
