Enhanced the Campaign SMS add-on to allow link URLs to be included in the SMS. Those URLs will be automatically shortened to 22 characters if they are longer than 22.
Also, an API Goal Call Name can be provided – that API Goal will be triggered by turboDial when the link URL is clicked by the contact who receives the SMS message. This provides a “tracking link” functionality for SMS messages.

Installed additional resource conservation for invocations of the Infusionsoft API. Infusionsoft API Goal triggers are now tracked by turboDial and when an API Goal trigger fails because the Goal does not exist in the Infusionsoft account that API Goal will be disabled in turboDial and further triggers will not be attempted. The User can reset turboDial’s list of disabled goals in their turboDial Management Account.

The Hot Lead Alerts add-on has been enhanced to allow Alerts to be “claimed”. When a User sees a Hot Lead Alert in their turboDial panel they can click the up-arrow to claim the alert. The first User to claim the alert will succeed, and the alert will be immediately removed from the turboDial panels of other Users in your account.

New keyboard shortcut: The up-arrow key on your keyboard can be used to answer an incoming phone call in the turboDial softphone if you are using the Firefox browser.
The Caller ID selector has been enhanced to display the custom name you’ve set for inbound numbers you’ve acquired.
Previously acquired inbound numbers were always displayed in the Caller ID selector as the phone number even though you provided a custom name.
The custom name will continue to be used in the Inbound/SMS selector.
